- We don't collect personal data from you or your child on this website.
Who is responsible
Dapplehop Learning is a pen name of Krzysztof Przybylski, Deurne, based in the Netherlands, who is the “controller” under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For questions or requests, write to hello@dapplehop.com.
1. Visiting this website
- Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and recordings and to protect the site against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We don't use this data to identify you.
- The recordings, pictures and fonts are stored on this website itself, so your browser doesn't contact other services.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) may process data in the United States and is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
2. Links to Amazon
The thank-you page links to Amazon. Once you follow such a link you are on Amazon's website, where Amazon's own privacy policy applies.
3. If you email us
We use your email address and message only to answer you, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete any data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, or to give it to you in a portable format. Write to hello@dapplehop.com and we'll reply within one month.
If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority) or to the data protection authority where you live.
5. Children
Our books are made for children, but this website is meant to be used by their parents and teachers. We don't collect personal data from anyone on this website, children included.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
